  • Not be a final sale or clearance item

Please ensure you provide your order number, reason for return, and any other relevant details to facilitate a smooth process.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method through Shopify Payments. Please note that bank processing times may vary, and it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us at support@vallina.shop and we will guide you through the exchange process. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to offer a refund instead if the item is no longer in stock.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. For orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item. Please keep a record of your return tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
